Conspec Builders, together with Convergence by Design designed and built the landscape for Gurney Paragon Mall. The Mall is built around St. Joseph’s Novitate, a 1925 chapel that was restored and incorporated into the mall’s open-plan layout design. The first floor has open spaces and water features to attract shoppers and for events. An al-fresco area lets patrons relax and dine while enjoying a borrowed view of the sea. Gurney Paragon was named Malaysia’s best retail development in the 2018 Asia Pacific Property Awards.
