Conspec Builders (M) Sdn Bhd was started as a waterproofing contractor in 1983. Concrete Imprint was later added to the business by incorporating Conpave Systems (M) Sdn Bhd. At the same time, Conspec Resources (M) Sdn Bhd was formed to manufacture and supply floor material finishes to these two business.
So we expanded our business from waterproofing, to specialising in Concrete Imprint, and other floor finishes to do different landscape trades. Eventually, we consolidated all trades and focused as a specialist contractor for hard landscapes. Expanding our trades further, we formed partnerships with nursery plant suppliers to take on soft landscaping projects.
To further expand, Urbanis Landscape Design (M) Sdn Bhd was formed in 2007. This landscape architecture consultancy was incorporated to meet the growing design demands of our clients. In 2008, we partnered with Urbanis Co Ltd Thailand, to bring designs of an international flavour to Malaysia.
In 2015, we started working with Greenology Singapore to access distribution rights for their range of vertical greenwall products. Greenology’s products bring a distinct advantage in offering clients world-class innovation for high-rise greenery.
Today, Conspec Group provides a one-stop solution for all landscape needs. With the many companies under our name, we can meet customers’ requests because we can control the product from beginning (design and raw material stage) until completion. From professional design to technical engineering and horticultural knowledge, we have the ability to fulfil demands of design-and-build projects.
